Brentwood International, founded in 1981, is a profes­sional corporation that provides Executive Search Services to the Technology, Consumer Products, Financial Services and Higher Education sectors. The firm specializes in the identifica­tion, evaluation and placement of execu­tives, manag­ers and professionals who possess proven records of success and accomplish­ment.

To insure a precise matching of our client's current and future require­ments with candidates' qualifications, it is the practice of the firm to conduct a comprehen­sive position analysis prior to the initiation of each assign­ment.  Our staff is trained to evaluate not only the can­didate's tech­nical and professional credentials, but also those personal characteris­tics deemed critical to success within each client's unique environ­ment.

It is the practice of the firm to consult on behalf of a specifi­cally defined client population, thereby enabling us to serve our client's requirements without restric­tion. By carefully defining our market and business practices areas, we have positioned Brentwood Interna­tional to provide the finest executive search services available today.

All assignments are conducted on a retained contract basis for employer companies and are billed by Brentwood Interna­tional on a fixed percent­age fee of the executive's first year total compensa­tion, plus direct out of pocket expenses incurred in connection with the assignment.  Brentwood International also offers long term fixed fee programs for multiple assign­ments, thus reducing the employer's cost per hire.
